27日，中国共产党十八届六中全会闭幕，并发布公报。

 

一时间，“核心（core）”成了国内外媒体报道的关键词。文刀君发现，被外媒引用最高的是这句：

要知道，成为“核心”，不只是称呼上的改变。路透社称，成为“核心”意味着在19大召开之前，中共把他摆在了更权威的位置上。（此前只有毛、邓、江都被称为“核心”。）

 

公报值得细读，很多术语是外宣工作中经常用的，值得大家关注。文刀君梳理出来仅供参考。

“全面从严治党”是本次全会的主旨。值得注意的是，全会通过了两个“从严治党”的文件，一个关乎“党内政治生活”，一个关乎“党内监督”。

 

细读公报发现，公报提了很多要求，强调了很多点，但是所要求的、所强调的并非什么高屋建瓴的大道理，恰恰相反，都是些不言而喻的道理，是“理所当然”的要求。

 

比如，“领导机关和领导干部不准以任何理由和名义纵容、唆使、暗示或强迫下级说假话。”

 

“规范和纯洁党内同志交往，领导干部对党员不能颐指气使，党员对领导干部不能阿谀奉承。”

 

“坚决禁止跑官要官、买官卖官、拉票贿选等行为”

 

正因为道理简单、理所当然，公报着重强调之才说明了目前问题的严重性以及“全面从严治党”的决心。
