3月23日，马云受邀出席在马来西亚举行的“环球转型论坛”（Global Transformation Forum）进行压轴演讲，与近3000名来自世界各地的创业者和年轻人交流。

 

就在论坛前一天，由马云去年提出、写进杭州G20公告的eWTP，其海外首个“试验区”也在马来西亚落地了。

 

注：eWTP，即Electronic World Trade Platform。按照马云的解释，eWTP是由私营部门发起，各利益攸关方共同参与的世界电子贸易平台，旨在促进公私对话，推动建立相关规则，为跨境电子商务的健康发展营造切实有效的政策和商业环境，从而帮助全球发展中国家和最不发达国家、中小企业、年轻人更方便地进入全球市场、参与全球经济。

在马云和马来西亚政府达成合作后，当地主流报纸《新海峡时报》（New Straits Times）在头版头条，刊登了马云同马来西亚总理纳吉布握手的照片。

 

马云这趟马来之行又圈了不少粉。

 

马总理纳吉布（Najib Razak）就是其中之一。纳吉布见到他兴奋得一连发了4条推特，还把他拉过来自拍留影。

马云赞叹马来西亚效率高：“我与纳吉布总理交谈了10分钟，总理立即接纳了eWTP”，整个项目落地只用了4个月。

总理都这样，在场的商界精英们更不用说了，马来西亚《星报》（The Star）生动地描述到：

 

The 1.5m tall Alibaba founder and executive chairman was clearly the main draw at the two-day event in Kuala Lumpur, with the who’s who of Malaysian industries glued to their seats in anticipation of what he had to say.

《财富》（Fortune）杂志也在近日将马云选入2017年度50名全球领袖人物榜单（World's Greatest Leaders），且高居第二位，是这份榜单创办四年以来中国企业家取得的最高名次。
